Eric has been
with David W. Heiney's Dining & Spirits
for quite some time.....16 years to be exact!
He has worked every position in the restaurant
and over the years succeeded in working his
way to the position of Chef. He wanted a job
when he was twelve years old and asking for
a job application. State law prevented him from
working until he was fourteen. We told him to
return when it was legal for him to work. Since
then he has bussed tables, washed dishes, cleaned
the restaurant, backed up the chef and finally
became the Chef himself! Add to that Eric's
amazingly green thumb in the garden and you
can see he is destined for a greatness! His
interest in owning his own business is his driving
force and he has done what it has taken to pay
the necessary dues along the way! We call him
"Number One"...just like the Packers!
